Mary cannot work without having systems, procedures and checklists in place. She can however work with change and loves the challenge that comes with that.
She appreciates that firms need to continually develop and adapt and has had the enjoyable experiences behind her on the management side of 3 firm mergers, the winner of the NZ Law Employer of Choice Award and the successful transition to the Paperless/Digital Office – just to name a few.
